Introduction

In 2007 I graduated from the Institute of Applied Equine Podiatry as a Perfect Hoof Wear Specialist and as a consequence helped to launch and promote PHW at several Expos in the US.

During this time I gained valuable experience on its application as a tool to return health to hooves suffering from a wide range of pathologies. However, I felt there were several areas where its use could be expanded upon. In particular for the bigger horse with larger hooves where two 2" PHWs would be required for one hoof, making it an expensive and time consuming application, and for horses requiring greater support.

I made the decision to source my own products under the Natural Selection range and can now offer the Poly Flex Wrap in 2", 3" and 4" widths and in colours !

The aim of this website is to show how the Poly Flex Wrap can be used as a highly effective tool to return health with case studies and progressive examples of recovery shown on this website and in Testimonials and Case Studies found on www.appliedequinepodiatrist.co.uk or via the above link.

It is not exaggeration when I say there have been instances where the Poly Flex Wrap has succeeded when all else has failed and has been vital to achieve the recovery of horses that have gone on to successfuly perform at all levels barefoot.
